• Facilitates zero-deposit product reservations
• Processes payments and settlements

3. User Accounts

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activities under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• Ensuring all information provided is accurate

4. KYC Requirements

To access credit services, you must:

• Complete KYC verification
• Provide valid identification documents
• Submit accurate financial information
• Maintain updated information

We reserve the right to reject applications that do not meet our verification standards.

5. Loan Terms

5.1 Application Process

Loan applications are subject to:

• Credit scoring and eligibility checks
• Admin review and approval
• Terms and conditions specified in the loan agreement

5.2 Repayment Obligations

You agree to:

• Repay loans according to the agreed schedule
• Pay all applicable interest and fees
• Notify us immediately of payment difficulties

5.3 Default

Failure to make payments may result in:

• Negative impact on credit score
• Legal action and collection procedures

6. Merchant Terms

Merchants agree to:

• Provide accurate product information
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Maintain product quality standards
• Comply with all applicable laws

Settlements are processed after loan approval. Merchants receive payment according to our settlement schedule.

7. Product Reservations

Zero-deposit reservations:

• Are subject to loan approval
• May be cancelled if loan is not approved
• Are binding once loan is approved
• Subject to merchant availability

8. Fees and Charges

Our platform may charge:

• Interest on loans (as specified in loan agreement)
• Late payment fees
• Processing fees (if applicable)

All fees are disclosed before you commit to a loan.

9. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Interfere with platform operations
• Use automated systems to access the platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the AstroCred platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of AstroCred and protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

AstroCred is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Merchant product quality or availability
• Third-party actions or services

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Arbitration in accordance with Zimbabwean law

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to meet repayment obligations

You may close your account at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.
